Lemon cheesecake bars!

1 package lemon cake mix
1/3 cup butter
3 eggs
1 pack cream cheese (8ounces)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons grates lemon peels
2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Heat oven to 350. Beat cake mix, butter, and one egg in bowl until crumbly. press into the bottom of ungreased pan (generally 13x9x2 aroundabouts)

  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth.Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Stir in lemon peel and lemon juice until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cream cheese mix and refrigerate. Beat remaining 2 eggs into remaining cream cheese mix until blended. Spread over cake mix.

  • Bake 25mins. Cool about 1hour. Cover with remaining cream cheese topping. Fridge for 3 hours or until firm.
